At Inna V, our certified trauma counsellors are professionally trained to support participants living with a range of mental health concerns, including all types of anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, bipolar disorder, BPD and more. Through a neuro-affirming approach, we are also equipped to support neurodiverse participants with ADHD and Autism facing mental health challenges - often stemmed from developmental trauma.  This service is designed to help you achieve your psychosocial recovery goals, enhance your functional capacity, and build greater independence.  Online counselling allows you to engage in recovery work in the comfort of your own space.
